We collect information you give us directly, and some collected automatically as you browse.

• Account & order details: name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, collected at checkout or when you create an account.
• Sign-in information:if you use "Continue with Google," we receive your name and email address from Google.
• Order history: the products, quantities, and amounts of orders you place with us.
• Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, and general location (via IP), collected automatically through analytics tools.

• To process and deliver your orders, including sharing your shipping details with our courier and fulfillment partners.
• To communicate with you about your order status, and to respond to support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• To understand how our site is used, so we can improve it, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to run the business:

• Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order.
• Payment processors (see Payment information below), to process online payments.
• Service providers who host our website, database, and order-processing tools, bound to use your data only to provide those services to us.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we're legally required to.

We use cookies and similar technologies (including Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel) to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand which pages and campaigns work well. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site (like checkout) may not work properly without them.

We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details on our servers. Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway, directly on their secure systems. For Cash on Delivery orders, no online payment information is collected at all.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled systems — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

You can review or update your account details at any time by signing in. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, email support@indicrafting.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we're legally required to keep (e.g. for tax or accounting purposes).

Our site is not directed at children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
