By accessing or using indicrafting.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

• We try to display product colors, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible, but actual products may vary slightly from images due to photography lighting and screen differences.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep stock levels accurate, but availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error — in which case we'll notify you and refund any amount already paid.

We accept Cash on Delivery, and online payments (UPI, cards, net banking) via Razorpay where enabled at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Shipping timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Coupon and affiliate discount codes are valid only as described at the time of use, may be restricted to specific categories or a minimum order value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

All content on indicrafting.in — including our logo, site design, and text — belongs to IndiCrafting unless otherwise credited. Product photography is used with permission from our suppliers. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false or fraudulent orders, or using the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it for other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndiCrafting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sundargarh, Odisha.

We may update these terms occasionally; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
