Return and Refund Policy

You can request a return within 4 days of delivery. Requests made after this window can't be accepted, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed, with no stains, odours, or alterations.
• In its original packaging, with all original tags still attached.
• Accompanied by the order ID or invoice.

• Items without their original tags or packaging.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use.
• Any item specifically marked "non-returnable" on its product page at the time of purchase.

• Email support@indicrafting.in with your order ID and the reason for return, within 4 days of delivery.
• We'll confirm eligibility and share instructions for sending the item back to us (or arrange a reverse pickup, where available in your area).
• Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll process your refund.

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 5-7 business days:

• Prepaid (online) orders: refunded to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide.

Any applicable coupon or affiliate discount originally used on the order is not separately refunded.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 4days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no extra cost to you.

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it's shipped — email us with your order ID and we'll cancel it and refund any amount paid. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can use the return process above once it's delivered.
